Korres Magnolia Bark Day Cream For First Wrinkles SPF15 review

I'm gradually becoming a fan of Korres and I'm planning to explore the brand in greater detail. However, I feel it's best to start with samples because not every product works for me as well as I'd like it to.

This is the case with Magnolia Bark Day Cream For First Wrinkles/SPF15.  The first issue about this cream is the fact that it's intended for all skin types, which in practice means that it performs best on normal to dry skin. On oily skin like mine it left the kind of glow I don't like to sport.
The second thing I didn't quite enjoy was the smell. I do appreciate the fact that 77.1% of this cream's content is natural but I find the 'smell of nature' a bit revolting. I have no idea what powdered tree bark smells like, but I suppose this could be it.

I didn't like the cream, but objectively speaking, it might appeal to tastes of many women. It's lightweight and applies very smoothly. Absorbs quickly. It's highly moisturising. It's free of parabens, mineral oil, silicone, propylene glycoland ethanolamine. Most of its content is derived from natural ingredients. Contains SPF15. Will suit normal to dry skin types.

Disclaimer: I received this product as a complimentary sample for my personal use and I'm not affiliated with any company. I am not paid to do this review and everything I said here is my personal opinion.
