Sally Hansen naipolish in Honeymoon Red (review + swatches)

Sally Hansen naipolish in Honeymoon Red
This is the oldest nailpolish in my collection. On a whim I dug it out and applied and immediately remembered why this was never my favourite. I'm actually not a fan of Sally Hansen nail products at all.
While the colour is one of the prettiest reds ever (seems just an ordinary in-your-face- red, but in fact it contains some micro-shimmer, barely noticeable, but adding this extra dimension to the colour) the quality of the polish itself is far from fulfilling my expectations. It doesn't seem sheer at all. The first coat is fairly opaque, but uneven and the problem is that adding more coats doesn't improve the situation much. What is more, in some lights the polish looks all right and then you change the light and it's all smudgy. And it takes ages to dry even when I use a quick-dry top coat. I don't use the polish often because it's so hard to handle.
