I bought this serum a while ago and somehow I've forgotten to review it in spite of the fact that this is one of my favourite Skinfood products.
What you notice at first glance is the beautiful, classy packaging of the product. It's a sort of clay bottle with a golden cap finished off with a golden ring with a little cupid trapped inside to pull the cap off. Really pretty.
The bottle is equipped with a pump, which distributes the desired amount of product.
The serum itself is a soft, gel-like product that applies smoothly (quite similar in consistency to Clinique All About Eyes) absorbs quickly leaving the under eye area properly moisturised and comfortable without being too greasy. My under eye area is extremely dry and wrinkle prone so I'm very particular about finding products that moisturise well and for a long time. This one does.
I'm not sure if this is supposed to be followed by a cream, like most serums do, but certainly there's no need to do that. It works fine on its own.
If there are any drawbacks, they are connected with the packaging. Classy as it is, it's absolutely not travel friendly. The sturdy bottle is extremely heavy. What's more the pretty cap cracked along its side and now it's too loose to fit the bottle. While the bottle is reliable, the cap is made of cheap plastic. I also take special care not to drop the bottle. It would smash my floor tiles to pieces with its weight.
Nonetheless, I'm sure I'm gonna repurchase it cause it's a really good product .
Disclaimer: I bought the product myself for my personal use and I am not affiliated with any company. I am not paid to do this review and everything I said here is my genuine opinion.
That's a really pretty bottle :)

Too bad it's not travel friendly. I also have some really awesome products that I can't take with me when traveling
Exactly. But on the other hand looks sooo pretty on the bathroom shelf!
