I seem addicted to Inglot pigments/loose eyeshadows. Every time I pop into the Inglot store I leave with a pigment. I love them all, though haven't tried any matte yet. This time I got #72 cause I can't resist any blue shade and this one seemed somewhat different, which was enough reason to bring this baby home.
In the pan this eyeshadow looks like very dark navy blue but in reality, like all Inglot pigments, it reads much lighter. It's medium blue with slight purple undertones and highly shimmery finish. It looks quite sheer when applied light-handedly or may be packed with a flat brush to receive a fully opaque colour. Performs well on its own or may reach another dimension if you layered it on top of another eyeshadow, not necessarily blue.
I love this pigment for its shade, blendability and its absolutely stunning sheen.
Below you can see two looks created using this eyeshadow:
on upper lid Inglot #72 combined with Inglot #423 in the outer corner, #72 on the bottom lid, MAC Blue Charge mascara.
MAC Satin Taupe all over the lid, Inglot #423 in the outer corner, #72 on the lower lid, MAC Blue Charge mascara.
